Injection molding<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

A large fleet of injection molding machines in the 50 – 350 t range enables us to produce your tailor-made packaging.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our experienced employees are proficient in both inline production<\/strong> and small batch production.<\/strong> In the inline process, assembly, finishing and packaging are integrated with a high degree of automation and vertical integration (in line) at <\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the injection molding process, the plastic mass (granulate) is injected under pressure into a mold and cooled. This production process is particularly suitable for preforms, jars<\/strong> and closures<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The advantage lies in the almost unlimited choice of shapes and surfaces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition, our cooperation partner Siepe has high-performance injection molding machines that make it possible to produce preforms from PET and PP.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Extrusion blow molding<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

We can produce bottles with a volume of 3 ml – 1,000 ml<\/strong> in the field of extrusion blow molding (monolayer, multilayer, visible strips). We use commercially available plastics. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the extrusion blow molding process, a plastic tube is formed by applying pressure to the inner contours of a tool mold. The typical feature of this type of production is the “pinch seam” at the bottom of the bottle. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

This process impresses with its high-quality<\/strong> and long-lasting results<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our cooperation partner Siepe also has extrusion blow molding machines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Injection Stretch Blow Molding<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Using the ISBM, we manufacture bottles and jars from PET, PP, and PE in a single-stage production process. The main applications are PET bottles<\/strong>, for which we use cost-effective PET grades and rPET grades. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The ISBM process is divided into two sub-processes: the production of the preform via injection molding, followed by stretching and blowing into its final shape. In the beverage industry, the two-stage process is predominantly used, in which the bottles are blown immediately before filling. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

We use a single-stage draw-stretch-blow process<\/strong>, in which preform production and bottle blowing take place on a single machine. The advantages include more flexible product design, no need to stock preforms, shorter lead times, and higher quality, since defects in the preform can be avoided directly during the production of the final product. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
