Sustainable plastic packaging
We are convinced that plastic packaging solutions should be used several times. That is why we have been developing alternative options for years.
These are currently:
- Plastic packaging made from PCR material
- Plastic packaging made from R-PET
- Plastic packaging made from the company’s own recyclate

Refill cans to reduce
the ecological footprint
We modify our existing inserts so that our glass optic jars can also be used as refill systems.
As a refill system, plastic cans and lids can be used several times. This means they require fewer resources compared to conventional plastic packaging – with a positive effect on the environment!
The advantages of our refill cans:
- the insert can be ordered and sold separately
- Up to 95 % less plastic used compared to conventional packaging systems
- Reduction of the CO2 footprint and raw material consumption
Light products to reduce
the consumption of resources
Our material-reduced plastic products match the properties of conventional packaging solutions.
The so-called “lightweight packaging” reduces the CO2 footprint and conserves resources thanks to the reduced use of materials.
Our Light products offer:
- Premium look combined with sustainable use of raw materials
Less material used and reduced energy consumption - 20 – 40 % lighter and more compact, therefore space-saving and more environmentally friendly transportation possible
Increasing recyclability
through monomaterials
We produce our plastic packaging, such as cans, bottles, closures, etc., in monomaterials, thereby improving recycling options.
Our product portfolio already includes a range of products made from mono-materials. Double-walled cans and single-walled cans can be made entirely from PP, while bottles and closures can be made entirely from PE.
It is a matter of course for us to continuously improve and further develop current and future products and series with these aspects in mind.

We have a duty to protect our environment, conserve resources and avoid or continuously minimize the environmental impact of our actions wherever possible.
We are aware of the impact of our actions and our products, including on the quality of life of future generations.
In this way, we are also making our contribution to stopping climate change and maintaining biodiversity and ecosystems.
We protect our environment sustainably by complying with legal and our own binding obligations. We continuously improve our processes for the benefit of the environment and in the interests of our stakeholders. This also applies to the development and planning of new products and processes along the entire life cycle, including the disposal of our cosmetics packaging.
Conscious use of energy
We strive to continuously improve our specific energy consumption (increase energy efficiency) in the development and manufacture of our products and in the design of our processes.
